Coltease + Pestallion

This is supposed to be the first of the horsemen pokemon, and is based on Conquest/Pestilence, the white horse. I know it says flying type, but it can't fly or use things like wing attack and steel wing, basically it's more like a wind type, and since there is none that was the closest thing to it. It is also a poison type, and can use bug type moves.
