Branium and Cycraniac

Well, just recently I was looking through my list of pokemon for my new region, and I suddenly realized that I hadn't made hardly any Psychic types at all, and what's a pokemon game without a few psychics. So, I decided to do something wild, something that I believe has not been done before, and made a Brain Pokemon. It took some work, and some of it had to be done from scratch, but I got it to how I wanted, hope yall like it.
